Director, General Incorporated Association Japan Adaptive Fashion Association

SANDA Minori

She is from Higashiosaka City, Osaka Prefecture, born in 1993. After graduating from Ritsusei Medical & Sports College, she joined an elderly welfare facility. She later worked at a facility for people with severe disabilities, gaining hands‑on experience while obtaining certification as a care worker. She also gained practical experience as a certified welfare equipment consultant and focused on developing welfare equipment from a field‑oriented perspective. Inspired by the Adaptive Fashion Project, she established the Japan Adaptive Fashion Association, a general incorporated association, and continues to lead it today. In addition to hands‑on work as a welfare equipment consultant and care worker at the Osaka Association for Supporting Children and Adults with Severe Multiple Disabilities, she is responsible for planning, operations, and administration for the Japan Adaptive Fashion Association.
