SUSHI NIJUNI KITASHINCHI

With over 20 years lived U.S in Hawaii,I now serve as head chef at Sushi 22 Kitashinchi in Osaka. I lead cultural sushi experiences for international guests, using Expo 2025 as a catalyst to create deeper, more meaningful connections through food.

Toward EXPO 2025, we plan to expand our sushi-based cultural experiences, offering international visitors hands-on programs that foster “dialogue through food.” By connecting with skilled sushi chefs and learning the stories behind Japanese cuisine, we aim to deepen cultural understanding and global curiosity about Japan.
