He worked mainly on launching new businesses at Benesse Corporation for about 18 years. Projects he was involved in include childcare business development (publicly established, privately operated / Tokyo certified nursery), new sales development for Tamago & Hiyoko Club, and business development for Inu no Kimochi & Neko no Kimochi. After becoming independent, learning about his grandfather’s getting lost due to dementia (there are currently about 20,000 dementia‑related missing person reports annually) and the fact that roughly ¥19 billion is found and turned in to police stations each year prompted him to begin developing a search‑support app as the foundation of a citizen‑led DX system that enables reliance on this “kind energy” (mutual aid). That search‑support app was selected under the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare’s model project for care‑technology development utilizing nursing care robots, and development continues to the present.

大阪発で「高齢者から訪日・在日外国人まで、誰ひとりおいてきぼりにしない町」の実現を目指すために「言葉の壁をなくす」をコンセプトに、5月の実証スタートに向けて準備しています。まずは「言葉の壁」に課題大きな課題を感じている、在日外国人支援団体や小中高の学校の授業や保護者面談で活用頂けたらと考えています。また、福祉の介護現場や医療現場、宿泊施設、商店街の各店舗においても、在日外国人だけでなく、訪日外国人に対してのコミュニケーション促進で貢献して、最終的には、その地域の誰もが、アプリを使って対話・情報連携できる繋がりに育っていけたらと思っております。
