SPEC Event Planning & Production
He was born in Osaka City, Osaka Prefecture. After graduating from high school, he joined an events company and managed corporate events for automobile manufacturers and others. He later moved to the NTT Group, where he worked for four years mainly in human resources services and internal events. During Governor Toru Hashimoto’s administration, his proposal for an Osaka‑style market testing administrative reform was adopted.
In 2011 he began working independently on events under the name SPEC. In 2014, while maintaining SPEC, he established ACT EDGE Entertainment Co., Ltd. as a talent agency and entertainment company, and continues to lead it today. With the upcoming EXPO 2025 Osaka, Kansai, he works daily with shopping streets and community groups to create a city where music and entertainment are part of everyday life.
He is committed to supporting next‑generation artists and performers who seriously pursue music and entertainment careers ahead of EXPO 2025 Osaka, Kansai. While developing new vacant spaces that can be used for regional revitalization and entertainment, he aims to normalize everyday, citywide entertainment outside the Expo venue to help build momentum and excitement for the Expo.
