Joined Sekisui House, Ltd. in 1988 as a first-class architect, engaging in residential design. Since 2014, promoted the active participation of diverse individuals as a member of the Diversity Promotion Division. Appointed as the Head of the ESG Management Promotion Headquarters in 2020. Since 2022, served as an Executive Specialist in the Technology Management Headquarters. Awarded the 2nd Osaka Sakuyahime Award by the Osaka Chamber of Commerce and Industry in 2017. Since 2018, actively engaged in promoting the economic development of Osaka and Kansai through the efforts of women who have received the Osaka Sakuyahime Award.

With the vision of “further developing the Osaka-Kansai economy in the international community through the power of women,” the Osaka Sakuyahime SDGs Study Group holds monthly meetings to study and exchange ideas with working women and a diverse range of inspiring individuals. Our goal is to hold an international women’s conference at the EXPO 2025 Osaka, Kansai. To achieve this goal, we will continue to hold international women’s conferences, Kirari Café, promote role models, and engage in community development activities in September 2024.
