Chair, Ikeda Expo Executive Committee
He lives in Ikeda City and has over 25 years of marketing experience. Since university he has loved festivals and has been involved in campus events. In the Kansai area he has supported events such as the Oktoberfest in Shijonawate City. In Ikeda City, wanting to make the most of Mayama Park—famous for its cherry blossoms—he launched the Sakura Green Marche. Under the banner of the Expo, which symbolizes freedom and excitement that embraces everyone’s ideas, he promotes both the local community and the Expo. Coordinating with neighboring towns, he organizes the Ikeda Expo as a spring event for the Kita‑Settsu area.
We want to use the Expo — a symbol of freedom and excitement that embraces everyone’s ideas — as our banner to promote festivals, disaster‑preparedness activities, and art events in Ikeda City, the Kita‑Settsu area, and across Osaka through coordinated efforts. We also plan to hold a regional‑collaboration Expo and an EXPO Sakaba at Grand Green in Umeda Kita.
