Chair, KAIZUKA MACHIGOTO EXPO Executive Committee
He is from Kaizuka City, Osaka Prefecture, born in 1983. After leaving Koyasan High School, he worked at his grandfather’s company. At 18 he joined an IT‑related firm and at 21 established Rising Co., Ltd. to start his own business. In 2018 he took over his father’s construction company, created a real estate division, and expanded the business. In 2021 he founded Portfolio, a coworking space aimed at becoming an industrial revitalization hub for Kaizuka, and launched the Senshu Open Factory as one of its projects, serving as chair of the executive committee. Since 2023 he has worked to revitalize the region as the designated PMO‑style administrator responsible for the overall management of Prefectural Nishikinohama Park, covering everything from facility upgrades (hard projects) to event planning and programming (soft projects).
We aim to create opportunities for visitors coming to the EXPO 2025 Osaka, Kansai from Japan and around the world to visit my hometown of Kaizuka and discover its attractions, thereby promoting Kaizuka to a global audience. Through this initiative, we will build a platform for co‑creating Kaizuka’s value with local businesses, continue activities after the Expo, and generate new attractions for Kaizuka.
