After graduating from Osaka Medical and Pharmaceutical University, she worked in the Pharmaceutical Department at Kansai Medical University Hospital. She was married to Dr. Takao Fujimoto and spent 19 years as a homemaker before taking over the business following her husband’s sudden passing. She expanded the company with a focus on Customer Satisfaction (CS) and Employee Satisfaction (ES) as the two pillars of management. Today, she is the CEO of Fujimoto Yume Group, which employs over 750 staff members. Additionally, she serves as Chairman of the Ryusei Fukushi Kai Social Welfare Corporation, Chairman of the Fujimoto Ophthalmology Department at Keiseikai Medical Corporation, Representative Director of Koutou Shingaku Juku Corporation, and Executive Director at Osaka Metropolitan University.

We’ve been actively promoting not just women’s initiatives but also organizing symposiums, visiting classes, and running the Smile Support Project. Our aim is to build a future well-being society where everyone can live their lives with peace of mind. As part of the “Sakuya Wolf Project,” an artwork by artist Tomoko Konoike will be displayed outside the Osaka Healthcare Pavilion to inspire a movement through the power of art.
